Texas QB picks up offers

Aldine quarterback Terrance Anderson gets it. He understands the opportunities before him and understands there will be more.
Anderson has been offered by Northwestern, Kansas State, UTEP and Iowa State to date and several are nearing.

"I'm very excited with my offers and it's a great opportunity," Anderson said. "I'm also very interested in Florida, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M. My favorites right now are Florida, Kansas State and Northwestern, since they offered me first.
"I know schools are going to want to move me around which doesn't bother me," he said. "I just want to get on the field. My mom and I have also talked about going away for school and she is going to leave it up to me."

Anderson will be attending the Nike Camp in Fort Worth, where he will have another opportunity. He is going participate in a quarterbacks combine for the opportunity to attend the EA Sports Elite 11 Quarterback Camp in California.
"I've just be preparing the same that I always do," he said. "Doing drills in the offseason. I've been running track also, so I'm in good shape for this weekend."
Anderson has qualified for the regional track meet in the 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 relays.
