Texas QB moving up charts

Bryan, Texas, dual-threat quarterback Cedric Washington has shot up the recruiting charts and is now one of the hottest targets in the Lone Star State. And he's also back from his first official visit.
"I was up at Oklahoma State this past weekend," Washington said. "I was a little surprised at how much I liked it.

"Before the visit I didn't have any intention at looking at them that seriously, but I went up there and really liked what I saw. They're going to be one of my top teams."
But the Cowboys aren't his only team.
Washington is set to visit Texas A&M this upcoming weekend, followed by January visits to Arkansas on Jan. 11 and Baylor on Jan. 25.
"I've now gotten offers from all of my teams," he said. “I’m looking forward to my visit this weekend. I’d like to see what A&M has in plan for me and where they’d want me to play. I know where OSU wants me at and how they’d use me, so it’ll be good to compare.”
