Texas QB enjoys second trip

Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial quarterback Donovan Porterie made official visit No. 2 this weekend, but the three-star rated signal caller isn't quite ready to make a decision.
"I'm on my way home from Tulsa right now," the 6-foot-2, 188-pound Porterie said. "It was really nice. I loved it. Everything about the school and the program was real cool."

Porterie had previously visited New Mexico.
"I still like New Mexico a lot," he said. "I'm not ready to make a choice, though. I'm going to take my last two trips and then make a decision."
The last two trips will be a Jan. 21 trip to Louisiana Tech and a Jan. 28 trip to Texas State.
"While I was at Tulsa I enjoyed just meeting the team. I went over the offense with the quarterbacks coach. I met the head coach and all of the assistants. Everything was real cool. I could fit in well with everything there."
