Texas QB bursts on the offer scene

The word is out on Flower Mound (Texas) Marcus quarterback Kevin Moore who is quickly becoming one of the more talked about prospects in the Lone Star state.
Tulane, UTEP, and Wyoming are the first three schools to send offers Moore's way, but that doesn't mean that the 6-foot-4, 216-pound signal caller is not hearing from numerous others.

"I've talked to Oklahoma State several times, I've been talking to Texas A&M, and I've also been talking to Miami who had coaches come down to our spring practices," Moore said. "I don't really have any favorites right now at this point – not at all."
Moore, who describes himself as a leader on the football field, is looking for a good school that helps him out not only on the turf but in the classroom as well. His future visits will give him a chance to check out all of those things.
"I haven't taken any yet, but I'm about to sit down with my parents, get things down to 10 schools or so and then figure out where I'm going to head for visits and camps," Moore said. "I should have a good idea here coming up."
As for now, spring football has concluded and school is almost done for the summer. Moore is just ready for fall to come and get back on the gridiron with his team.
"We had a great spring," he said. "A lot of guys are returning with like nine on offense and six on defense so we're ready to go.
"Next year should be really good."
