Texas QB awaiting first offer
Orange (Texas) West Orange Stark quarterback Ryan Crouch is still waiting for his first scholarship offer.
“There really is nothing new for me,” the 5-foot-10, 168-pound Crouch said. “It’s the same old stuff. Stephen F. Austin is a new one and the others are still the same.”

Those other schools are Houston, Louisiana Tech, Sam Houston State, Northwestern and SMU.
“None of the schools have offered me yet,” he said. “Stephen F. Austin is talking about offering me. Northwestern is talking about offering me. Louisiana Tech is seeing how I play this year before they offer me.”
Crouch has helped lead his team to a 5-2 record overall, but they remain unbeaten at 3-0 in district play.
“We are playing pretty good lately,” he said. “I’ve thrown for just over 1,000 yards on the season and have thrown 13 touchdown passes.”
