Texas OL wants a bigger offer

It's a hard working attitude that has put offensive guard John Marshall and his Mt. Vernon, Texas team in a good position to make this a good season even with a 2-4 start to their campaign.
However, the 6-foot-2, 272-pound offensive lineman Marshall has already picked up two offers from Northwestern State and Stephen F. Austin but there are some other schools he' like to visit as well.

"I'm excited both of my offers but I'm also looking at getting bigger scholarships as I go along in the season," Marshall said. "As far as the two that I have, Northwestern State and Stephen F. Austin are great programs."
"I'd say that TCU, SMU, and Texas A&M are schools in Texas that I'd like to go to. I haven't set anything up, but I've been talking to all three about it quite a bit."
Marshall will not be rushed into a decision though. He will make that commitment when he feels right.
"You know it's one of those things that when the timing is right, I'll know," Marshall said. "Then I'll know and make the call."
