Texas OL waiting on first offer

Bay City, Texas offensive guard Mitch Kimberling made his way up to the NIKE Training Camp in Boulder, Colo., several weeks ago to show his stuff and put his name out on the scene.
The 6-foot-4, 283-pounder performed well in one-on-one drills and is now looking for things to pick up in his recruiting process with the summer underway.

"It went really well," Kimberling said about attending the camp. "I liked it a lot. It was a good experience for me. I thought I did well and I really got my name out there."
As for who is showing interest, Kimberling says that he gets plenty of mail. Colorado, Houston, Texas A&M, and Nebraska are a few of those schools showing a lot of attention.
A few of those schools are high on Kimberling's list.
"Right now, Texas A&M would be," Kimberling said about a leader. I went to two of their games last year and I really liked the atmosphere there. Houston is up there too. I like their coaches a lot. No one has said anything about offering yet."
Kimberling says that he plans to hit some camps this summer including possible stops and Texas A&M and other in-state schools.
"I'm just going week-by-week to as many camps as I can," he said. "Whichever schools are the closest and I can get to, I'll go."
