Texas OL still has favorite

Garland (Texas) South Garland offensive tackle Nick Richmond continues to have one school at the top of his list.
“Nick still hasn’t made a choice on a college,” Richmond’s father Chester said. “He continues to really like what TCU has to offer him, but he has not committed to anyone.”

TCU is being joined by SMU, Baylor, Boston College, Kansas State, Oklahoma State and Mississippi State in pursuit of the 6-foot-7, 281-pounder.
“There are a lot of schools that are interested in him and have expressed interest. He is trying to keep his options open right now. He has offers from all of the schools and we are looking over all the schools and what they have to offer him as we get ready for this fall.”
An early decision could be possible for Richmond.
“He could pick one before fall, I guess. If he finds the right fit and we are sure it is the right place for him, then yes. But, we aren’t going to set a deadline and have to have one chosen before the season starts in a couple of months.”
