Texas OL still happy with choice
Sugar Land (Texas) Hightower offensive lineman Robert Hamilton made his college choice earlier this fall, but the two-star rated prospect just made his official visit to the Rice campus this weekend.
“The visit to Rice went great,” the 6-foot-2, 248-pound Hamilton said. “Everything was great and was just what I was looking for. The best part was getting to know the coaches a little more and visit with them about the future of the program.”

“They are looking like they are going to improve and they were really open with me about how I it into the plans.”
Despite his commitment, other schools are still calling Hamilton.
“I am solid to Rice and the other schools are staying in touch with me just in case,” he said. “I don’t see anything happening that would make me change my mind. I’m happy with Rice and am really looking forward to next year.”
