Texas OL stays close to home

Fort Worth Christian offensive guard Rendal Bailey decided to end the recruiting process on Sunday. That’s when he made a commitment after taking his first official visit of the recruiting process.

“I committed to North Texas,” Bailey, who is 6-foot-4 and 295 pounds, said. “I was kind of hoping to hear from Kansas State more, but when I went to North Texas this weekend it just was what I was looking for. I get a shot at playing Division I football with a team that’s close to home and winning a lot of ball games.”
Colorado State, SMU, TCU and Baylor were also recruiting the two-star offensive lineman.
