Texas OL picks Big 12
Katy (Texas) Cinco Ranch is home to one of Baylor’s newest commitments, but the pledge is one that happened a little while back but just recently came to light.
“I guess I committed about a month ago,” said linemen Nick Pace, who is ranked as a two-star player. “I guess I’ve really not done a whole lot of interviews or anything about it, but I’m committed to Baylor.”

Even with the coaching change, Pace said he’s remained pretty solid on his pick.
“I’m pretty solid,” he said. “Arkansas State and Idaho State still call me, but I’m going to Baylor.”
There is currently no coach at Baylor, but Pace said he’s remained in constant contact with the football operations staff and he is expecting the former Bear offensive line coach to come into his house for an in-home visit on Thursday.
