Texas OL on the move

Austin (Texas) LBJ offensive tackle Lucius Alexander has been a busy young man this summer, and he's not done yet.
"I've been to three camps already," Alexander said. "I went to Texas, LSU and Oklahoma's camps. I'm going to Texas A&M's next week."

Of the three camps, what stood out for the 6-foot-9, 320-pounder?
"At Texas, it was the instruction the coaches gave us that I remember the most," Alexander said. "There were a lot of people there and they still did it. At LSU, they had a ton of people there. It was crowded, but they made sure you left with something you didn't know or do before the camp was over. Oklahoma's camp was a lot of fun. I would say the top thing there was getting to meet Coach (Bob) Stoops. He's done a good job there and he's a very nice guy."
Now, with just one camp left, Alexander is approaching the time when he'll start to evaluate the schools.
"I'm looking hard at Oklahoma, Boston College, Stanford, Colorado and LSU right now, I'd say," Alexander said. "I'm not eliminating anyone yet, though."
While Alexander lives in Austin, he won't let the distance to a school be a determining factor.
"It's not a real factor. If I have to go away to school that is fine. If I'm close to home then that will work out just fine too."
