Texas OL makes his choice
Scurry (Texas) Scurry-Rossman offensive tackle Kennard Burley has ended the recruiting process.
The 6-foot-5, 308-pounder has given his pledge to SMU coach Phil Bennett.

"He's a diamond in the rough," Scurry-Rossman coach Virgil Crow said. "He moves really well for a big guy like that. He camped at SMU, TCU and Baylor. SMU really liked what they saw."
Burley chose the Mustangs over Baylor and Texas Christian.
