Texas OL heading to the SEC

Grant Dickey has made a decision. It's a decision that has him leaving the Lone Star State.
Dickey, the standout 6-foot-6, 305-pound offensive tackle from Tyler (Texas) Lee, has committed to Alabama, picking the Tide over Texas, A&M, Baylor (offer), Oklahoma, Texas Tech and TCU.

"He called and let them know earlier today," his father said. "He spoke with all of the coaches. Coach Fran was so excited. He said they need more Texas guys on their roster."
And a good Texas guy, Dickey is. With a 5.2-second time in the 40-yard dash and a 325-pound bench-press, Dickey is considered one of the top 100 players in the Lone Star State by both Rivals100 and Lone Star Recruiting.
