Texas OL adds another offer
Allen, Texas offensive center J.D. Walton continues to show his skills to colleges and has added another scholarship offer to his list.
“I just finished the offensive line camp at Texas A&M,” the 6-foot-3, 288-pound Walton said. “I feel like it went real well.”

Another school has stepped forward and extended a scholarship offer to the center prospect.
“Iowa State offered me a scholarship recently,” he said. “They are the most recent one to do so.”
Walton now has offers from Arizona State, Colorado State, Houston, Utah, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana-Lafayette and SMU in addition to the one from Dan McCarney’s Cyclones.
Walton indicated he would like to make an early decision.
“It would be good to make an early decision on schools so I can concentrate on having a successful senior year and start making plans with whichever school I choose.”
