Texas OL a new name to watch

As with every year, new names are going to pop up through the recruiting process and Waco, Texas, standout Tyler Miller is one of those new names.
Miller, who is 6-foot-7 and 280 pounds, is now getting heavy attention and regular calls from Kansas and TCU. But the attention is something Miller thought he’d get.

“It was a goal to play college football,” he said. “But I didn’t think I’d be this highly recruited.”
Miller does not have any scholarship offers at this point, but with his massive frame and ability to go after defenders and squash them with his mass and size, he’s sure to get one before he’s done.
“My job is to just make holes for the guys,” he said. “I think I just get after it on every play and work hard until the whistle blows.”
Miller said there are a few things he likes about the two teams on his list.
“Kansas has showed a lot of interest in me,” he said. “They want me really bad. I think they lose a lot of linemen and that I could probably go up there and play early.”
What about TCU?
“The TCU coaches are really awesome,” he said. “I went up there for a football game and they were great. They talked a lot about academics, which are important to me.”
