Texas LB sticking with his pledge

Tenaha, Texas linebacker Darius Ingram announced his decision last week. But he squeezed one more visit in before calling it quits.
"I did commit to LSU last week," the 6-foot-2, 218-pound Ingram said. "But I did visit SMU this weekend. It was good. SMU itself was kind of the highlight of the weekend."

The No. 21 rated linebacker enjoyed his talk with Mustang coach Phil Bennett.
"Coach Bennett knew I was committed to LSU before I came to see them. He was really good. He talked to me about everything that SMU had to offer me. He told me whatever my decision was, he would respect that and wish me best of luck if it wasn't to come to SMU."
So have any thoughts of a switch entered Ingram's mind?
"I have to say that the thought crossed my mind about switching my commitment. But I think LSU is the best place for me to spend my college years. I'm sticking with my commitment to LSU."
