Texas LB schedules first visit
Spring (Texas) Westfield linebacker Chris Mitchell has scheduled his first official visit and also knows two other schools he will be visiting.
"My only official visit that is scheduled for sure is Central Michigan on Jan. 14," the 6-foot-1, 215-pound Mitchell said. "I am also talking to Texas State about visiting there, too.

"Kansas is another school I am looking at visiting. They have been staying in touch with me too. Outside off those three schools, there hasn't been a lot of stuff happeing."
The two-star rated linebacker has only one scholarship offer still.
"I only have the offer from SMU," he said. "I am still interested in them, too.
I'll take my visits, weigh my options and then make a decision closer to signing day. I may end up visiting SMU, too."
