Texas LB nearing decision
Longview, Texas linebacker Marvin Byrdsong was scheduled to visit LSU this past weekend.
"I didn't go on the visit," Byrdsong said. "They told me they would like me to come next weekend. I don't think I'll be making a trip this weekend."

So is he near a decision since his visits are finished? "I'm really looking at Arkansas and Mississippi State. Those are the two I need to pick from."
Byrdsong, the third highest rated linebacker by Rivals100.com also considered Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Texas.
