Texas LB has two leaders

Things aren't wrapped up for Jasper, Texas outside linebacker Sean Weatherspoon and his team as they are moving through the playoffs coming off of a six-game win streak on the regular season.
Off the field, two offers have come his way from Missouri and Houston. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound defender may not be done there. A few other schools have peaked his interest.

"Other than those two, I've been talking a lot with Iowa State and Memphis," Weatherspoon said. "I get a lot of mail from TCU and Utah as well."
However, he's clear about his favorites.
"I like Houston because it's close to home and I like the opportunity of playing early as a true freshman," Weatherspoon said. "Then it's the same situation at Missouri because I know that I could maybe come in and contribute early."
Weatherspoon will take his visits after the season in December after the season.
"I might actually commit on a visit, but then again I'm not sure how that will play out," Weatherspoon said. "It's the season right now. That's the main priority."
