Texas LB has plenty of options

Garland (Texas) Lakeview Centennial linebacker Brandon Duncan continues to receive a lot of attention from schools as the May evaluation period comes to a close.
“I got a lot of phone calls throughout the month,” the 6-foot-3, 210-pound Duncan said. “Several schools offered me scholarships and the mail just keeps coming from schools all over.”

Duncan’s current scholarship offer list Baylor, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
“Oklahoma and Texas have both talked to me about offering,” he said. “They haven’t yet, but both have indicated it will probably be happening before too long.”
Duncan will have the chance to see the Oklahoma coaches this week as he takes in the Sooners’ football camp on Friday. He also is planning to take in camps at Texas and Texas A&M this summer.
Duncan is not likely to make a decision before the football season begins.
“I will probably sit back and take my time,” he said. “I’ll probably wait until our season is over this fall and then sit back and look at my choices and try and make a decision sometime after we’re done.”
