Texas kicker stays at home
According to Mesquite, Texas, coach Steve Halpin, the Baylor Bears have secured another commitment.
"Jeremy Parker, our punter, has committed to Baylor," Halpin said. "He's a good one."
Parker had kicked 15 field goals and 36 extra points this seasons but was mainly known for his punting ability.
