One of the top kickers in the state of Texas has made up his mind. So where is Houston Strake Jesuit two-star kicker Luke Juist heading?
“He committed to Rice,” his mother Annie Juist said.
Juist, who is 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds, is ranked as the nation’s No. 17 kicker. He earned all-state honors as a junior.
