Klein, Texas, kicker Randy Bullock received his second official offer Tuesday after taking in a local campus.
"Rice offered me today after taking an unofficial visit," he said. "I'm really interested in the school and my teammate Clay Hebert has also committed there. They only have 14 scholarships to give out, and they weren't sure they were going to offer a kicker. I feel very fortunate to have been offered."
Bullock has been offered by TCU and will be visiting LSU this weekend to kick for coach Les Miles and special teams coordinator Bradley Dale Peveto.

"I'm excited about going up to LSU this weekend," he said. "They say if I do well I could get an offer. I would really have to think hard about committing if they offered. I would really have to re-evaluate my options.
"I'm going to call TCU this week and let them know I'm going," he said. "I hope they will still have an offer on the table when I get back."
Bullock is one of the top kickers in the nation left uncommitted.
