Texas kicker adds another offer
College Station (Texas) A&M Consolidated kicker Zach Myatt might be committed to Louisiana Tech, but that’s not stopping the other teams from still going after him.

Myatt, who is 5-foot-11, 165 pounds sand ranked as the No. 7 kicker in the nation, has now added another scholarship offer to the mix, even though he committed last month to Tech.
“Coach Phil Bennett from SMU called and offered Zach last night,” said Wade Myatt, Zach’s father.
“Zach told him he had committed to Louisiana Tech. Bennett said it was a long time until February and if things changed, he had a place at SMU.”
The one thing that helps Tech in this battle is that Myatt is a two-sport star in both football and baseball. Tech offers baseball, while SMU doesn’t.
