Texas FB picks up Tulsa offer

The second round of the Texas state playoffs are this weekend and a big reason why Lewisville (Texas) Hebron advanced to the next round is the play of two-star fullback Tim Ball.
The 6-foot, 230-pound Ball rushed for 90 yards on eight carries and also earned both offensive and defensive most valuable player honors for his team. In the end, it was a game to remember.

“I played pretty good, but I know I have to bring my A-game again this week,” he said.
Ball has been making strides on the recruiting front also. After already having offers from Duke, Tulane and Kansas, Ball has received a new offer recently from Tulsa.
“My official visit schedule is filling out,” he said. “I go to Duke on December 5, Tulane on December 12, Tulsa on January 16 and then Iowa State on January 23. I really don’t have a leader at this point. I just want to take my visits and see what happens on them.
“I really keep going back and forth.”
