Texas DT has two favorites

Junior to Watch: Christopher McNeese
High School: La Marque, Texas

Position: Defensive tackle
Size and Speed: McNeese is 6-foot-1 and 270 pounds. He ran a 5.1 hand held 40-yard dash on the high school track.
Statistics: His stats were not available at this time.
Honors: He received no honors last season.
Favorite Schools: He's hearing from Texas Tech., Oklahoma State, Georgia Tech, Baylor and New Mexico, in addition to others on academics. At this time, each of the five has only sent one letter so they are recruiting equally, though his favorite would be Texas Tech.
His visits he would like to take to:
1. Texas A&M - "I'm a long-time fan of the program. I've watched them since I was a child."
2. Texas Tech - "A few players from La Marque are there, and they have a good team."
3. Texas - "The fan support is excellent, and there's just something about them."
4. Tennessee - "I've been a long-time fan, and a player from La Marque went there last year."
5. Michigan - "Their style of football and attitude on the field."
Skinny: He said his strong points are, "My reads, quickness to the ball and aggressive play." He described himself as an aggressive player and stated, "I can't think of a pro player that I play like, but my goal is to play like Warren Sapp."
"Distance will not be a factor, as I will be looking at the educational system for faculty ratio and academic support, such as tutors; the football team for a good defense and good coaches; and overall if I feel comfortable going there".
He plans to attend the Rivals Combine in Dallas, as well as a combine in Louisiana.
His dream school would be Texas A&M.
His mother's would be any place he could get a good education.
He plans to major in business.
He has set his sports goal as at least five quarterback sacks.
He benches 320 pounds and squats 430 pounds.
He has a 22 inch vertical leap.
He has a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
