Texas DE will play anywhere

Things just keep rolling along for Beaumont (Texas) Westbrook defensive end/linebacker Jacody Coleman.
Two scholarship offers have quickly turned to four. Missouri and UTEP recently joined Iowa State and Baylor as the offers for the 6-foot-2, 229-pounder. The only question is not how highly recruited he'll be, but where he'll play on the next level.

"The schools that offered me are looking at me either as a defensive end or a hybrid player that also plays linebacker," Coleman said. "Some of the other schools don't know if I'll get big enough to play d-end, so I may just do linebacker. I'll see when I get there."
Coleman thinks that TCU could be the next school to offer. The Frogs offered his teammate Billy Chavis last week and he thinks he could be next on the list.
A recent run-in with another top recruit in the state has him juggling his favorites again.
"I saw Von Miller because he's good friends with my cousin and was at the graduation when I was," Coleman siad. "I think he wants to head down to the Florida camp, so I'm going to see if he wants to go with me. Florida, LSU, and Oklahoma State would be my top schools right now."
Coleman says that the LSU staff has been text messaging him daily. He's going to try to get to their camp as well before an early decision.
"I want to commit before school starts," he said. "I've got to call some schools back first though and see if they're going to offer."
