Texas DE favoring two Big 12 schools
Alief (Texas) Hastings defensive end Alonzo Dotson currently has two Big 12 schools at the top of his list.
"My top teams are Colorado and Texas," the 6-foot-5, 220-pound Dotson said. "They are my leaders."

Dotson just returned from an unofficial trip to Texas for their game against Houston.
"I had a real good time on my trip down there," Dotson said. "I'm looking forward to going back there on an official trip. I don't have one set yet, though."
What Dotson does have set are official trips to UCLA and Oklahoma.
"I'm going to UCLA on Dec. 13 and Oklahoma the week after that. I'll get Texas and Colorado scheduled too."
Dotson is off to a slower start than he expected to be after five games.
"I was hoping for more tackles. But I've got 22 so far. But half of them are for losses. We've only won three of our games so far. Our district games start up this week, so we've got time to get it turned around."
