Texas DE cutting his list down

Klein (Texas) Oak defensive end Kurt Ware is busy narrowing down his college choices.
Ware has offers from Pitt, Kansas State, Colorado, Iowa State, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Houston, Baylor, Rice, Michigan, Ball State, Toledo, and Central Florida.
“My top five, right now, are Arkansas, Iowa State, Texas A&M, Wisconsin, and Florida,” the 6-foot-5, 243-pound Ware said. “Those are the ones I’m planning to visit.”
He has his first two visits set up. He’s going to Wisconsin on Dec. 6, then to Texas A&M on Dec 13.
“I’m looking forward to making the visits so I can see more about the schools and learn some more.”
Ware played both ways for a team that went a disappointing 2–8 this season.
“I played tight end and running back on offense but I’ll be a defensive player in college. I had ten catches for 197 yards and one touchdown playing tight end.”
