Mesquite (Texas) North Mesquite cornerback Tarell Brown has stayed busy off the field just answering his phone.
"It doesn't seem like the phone ever quits ringing," Brown said. "It is definitely a good problem to have."
Brown's talents have drawn the attention of schools all over but he has narrowed his focus down somewhat.

"I have a top five, kind of," the 5-foot-11, 178-pound Brown said. "Texas, FSU, A&M, Ohio State and Florida make up the five right now. But right there also are Colorado, Notre Dame and Tennessee. I don't want to really eliminate anyone of them right now.
"I've talked to a lot of schools already this month. Coach (Mack) Brown of Texas was my first call. He called early on Sunday."
Brown is holding scholarship offers from every school he is interested in, and for good reason. Brown is considered one of the top ten players in Texas and the No. 6 rated cornerback in the country by Rivals.com.
