Texas CB says first trip set
Lindale, Texas, cornerback Alton Widemon recently set up his first official visit and has a current total of four offers.
He will be making an official visit to his dream school – Nebraska – on October 12 when the Huskers battle Missouri.

Widemon lists his top four as Nebraska, Arkansas, Vanderbilt and Tulane. He has offers from all but Nebraska and Arkansas on the list and also holds offers from TCU and SMU.
“Nebraska is definitely my No. 1,” Widemon said. “If they offer me I have to say that I would commit.”
The Lindale squad began two-a-days on Monday, Aug. 5 and Widemon said that everything is going good except for one thing.
“It’s hot out there,” the 5-10, 160-pound cornerback said.
Widemon hopes to be able to make his decision before the start of conference games but it all depends on what offers he is holding at that time.
