Also, Rashad will be visiting his top two schools. Wisconsin and LSU have been in constant contact with him, as well as Missouri, Texas A&M, Texas Southern and Arizona State.
He will make a visit to Wisconsin and Louisiana State sometime in January.
"Distance will not be a factor, because I want to get out of Texas," Board said. "I'm looking at the academics of course and the weather and surroundings."
"If I had to sign today, it would probably be at LSU, as the weather at Wisconsin is definitely a big factor."
"I'm a great cover man with good speed and hitting ability as a defensive back and as a running back, I'm a great blocker, receiver and outside runner."
He had 70 solo tackles and 120 total tackles, one interception and two sacks as a defensive back.
As a running back, he had 40 carries for 375 yards, while scoring two touchdowns and he added 10 receptions for 250 yards, while scoring another touchdown after catching a reception.
