Junior to Watch: Bobby Chalk
School: Garland, Texas

Position: Cornerback
Size and Speed: Chalk is 5-foot-9 and 175-pounds. He has been timed at 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash.
Statistics: Chalk recorded 28 tackles, one quarterback sack and two interceptions.
Favorite Schools: Chalk ranks Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M as his top schools at this point. He is also receiving letters from Texas Tech, UCLA, TCU, Kansas State, Boston College and Tulane.
Skinny: Chalk won't have a full summer camp circuit to show his football talents to college scouts due to a pre-existing schedule.
"I've got a church group trip planned for the time that two of the camps I had hoped to go to," Chalk said. "And it is already paid for. So, that won't work for me."
Chalk will also see time at running back in addition to his cornerback duties.
"I'm going to play tailback this year. But I am being recruited to be a cornerback."
While cornerback appears to be the most likely ticket to getting on the field in college, Chalk doesn't want to wait around too long for his opportunity.
"I'd like to get on the field fairly early. I don't want to sit around and wait for two years to get my first time on the field."
