It looks like it’s going to be wild ride today with commitments flying around everywhere. With Donte Nicholson, Lewis Baker, Sean Bailey all announcing their decisions today, North Mesquite, Texas, cornerback Tarel Brown decided he’d do the same thing.

Unlike the others, Brown, the four-star Rivals100 cornerback has committed to Texas.
"He committed to them last night at about 7:45 p.m.," North Mesquite coach Steve Bragg said.
"He's a Longhorn."
Brown, who is 5-foot-11 and 178 pounds, was nominated for the Riddell All-America team after an impressive season as a running back. However, at Texas he is projected to play on the defensive side of the ball.
Brown's commitment, which came literally hours after the Longhorns had received a pledge from Cameron star athlete Billy Pittman, is the team's 16th verbal pledge for the 2002-03 recruiting class.
Brown selected UT over Florida State and many other national programs.
