Texas CB enjoys first official visit

Lancaster, Texas cornerback Chad Washington took his first official visit of the year and despite having made his college choice early in the fall, the three-star prospect was visiting another program this weekend.
“My trip to Kansas was alright,” the 5-foot-11, 192-pound Washington said. “They showed me around and treated me very well. I certainly can’t complain about it. I know they have a good program and they are starting to get things headed in the right direction. I just didn’t come back and feel like that iis definitely the place for me.”

Washington’s earlier choice of Missouri has not changed.
“I’m still favoring Missouri,” he said. “They are my favorite right now. I’m not done with this though. I’m planning to take these three visits and then sit back and look at everything at that time.
“I am going to Missouri this weekend and then the next weekend I will go to Colorado. After the three I’ll look at all of them again and then make my pick.”
