Texas ATH playing the field

Leander, Texas athlete Josh McKinley may have started his offer collection a little later than some others, but he's on a roll now sitting with three.
A quarterback at heart, the 6-foot-1, 200-pound McKinley is being recruited as an athlete by numerous schools. His first offer came from SMU, but now UTEP and Purdue have also both offered and the race is getting hotter for the talented Texan.

"It's another blessing to have those offers, I'm happy and thankful," McKinley said about his recent offers. "Now, I've just got to work harder. I'm not ready to think about favorites yet."
McKinley says that before he names any leaders, he wants to see who else may offer. He recently competed at the Oklahoma State camp in Houston Wednesday afternoon and came away happy with his performance.
The Cowboys appear interested.
"That's what it sounds like, they could offer I guess," McKinley said. "It went real good. I'm hearing good things about them and me."
Colorado State, Kansas, and Houston recently have also turned up the attention and McKinley believes they could all be future offers.
