Texas ATH makes commitment

Sugar Land (Texas) Kempner athlete George Iloka has made his commitment.
Iloka, who will play safety this fall for Kempner as a senior, was recruited there by Boise State and made his commitment this summer. The 6-foot-3, 195-pounder said he that there were several reasons why he made his decision to head out of state.

"I like everything about them," Iloka said. "They're a great school and I really like Jeff Choate, the guy that recruited me. I like their head coach; everything sounds great. And, I like their environment.
"I feel like they're an upcoming team."
Iloka also picked up a scholarship offer from Rice and was being recruited by other schools such as Houston. This spring, Iloka made the move to safety full time and says that's where he'll be lining up at the college level.
"They told me they wanted me to play safety," Iloka said about his position in college. "I've played receiver and safety, but during spring ball, I played only safety. We got a new head coach at our high school."
