Texas ATH headed to the ACC

Pflugerville, Texas athlete Todd Walker has decided to end the recruiting process and make a verbal commitment.

“Everything that I know at this point, I would say, yes, Todd Walker has committed to Georgia Tech,” Pflugerville coach George Herrmann said. “I have not set Todd down and visited with him about it, but from everything I’ve heard this morning and all of the people that have said it, I would say that is accurate.”

Walker’s decision to commit to the Yellow Jackets ends a recruiting process that has seen him take several unofficial visits, including one to Atlanta to see the Georgia Tech campus.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Walker had recently narrowed his list to include Georgia Tech, Purdue, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
