Texas ATH has trio of offers

Clarksville (Texas) High plays in the smallest 11-man classification in the state but that has not stopped college recruiters from making their way by the school. Recently, linebacker Jarrian Roberts made a commitment to North Texas but it is another player at the school that is seeing the most interest.
H.B. Rosser plays quarterback and defensive back for the Blue Tigers and was named the district's MVP as a junior. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound athlete has picked up a trip of offers with more likely on the way.

"I've gotten three offers so far," Rosser said. "I've been offered by Arkansas, Kansas and UTSA. They all came in this summer. Louisiana Tech is also showing me a lot of interest."
Recently Rosser made a trip to one of those campuses.
"I went to Kansas on an unofficial visit this past weekend," he said. "I was up there last Saturday. It was good. I met all the coaches and they gave me a tour around campus. It was straight."
Rosser had previously visited two in-state schools for summer camps.
"I went to North Texas' camp and they showed me around the campus there too," he said. "They haven't offered me but the cornerback coach said they were going to offer me sometime this summer. I haven't heard anything from them though. I also went to the Baylor camp."
Rosser could seemingly line up at a number of positions in college but most programs agree on his best fit.
"I played cornerback at all the camps," he said. "Most schools like me there but UTSA offered me at free safety."
Though he is in no rush to make a decision Rosser says a pair of programs stand out at the moment.
"Kansas and Arkansas," he said. "I like the programs and both of the schools too. I'm going to wait until after the football season to take all my visits but I'm going to both of those places for sure."
