Calvin Thibodeaux just returned from his official visit to Michigan and he simply loved it.
The 6-foot-1, 240 pound defensive end prospect from Westbury High School in Houston didn't commit on his trip, but now that he's home: "On a scale of 1-10 in committing to Michigan, I'm about at a 9.8. It was three times better than my Notre Dame visit. It was great."
What did he specifically like about the trip? "Just being around the team, the players and the coaches."
"I was impressed by the history of Michigan's program and the facilities were nice."
One thing might be holding him up from committing right now.
"My only concern is how quickly I'm able to play."
"I still may take my LSU and Oklahoma trips to have something to compare it with and just to be sure, but then again I might just commit soon."
Regardless of what he does, Michigan is a clear leader at this time.
Thibodeaux's host for the trip was freshman running back David Underwood, who is also from Texas.
