Texan selects Big 10
Fort Worth (Texas) Everman quarterback Maurice Moore was in Madison, Wis., this weekend. The trip went well enough for Moore to decide he wants to play his college football for the Badgers.
"I liked it very much there," Moore said. "I committed.

"It's a great town with great football tradition. They have great facilities. The stadium is huge."
And the idea of being the Badgers' signal-caller also was a factor.
"They're going to give me the chance to play quarterback," Moore said.
The 5-foot-11 and 165-pound Moore threw for 855 yards and 10 touchdowns during his senior season. He also rushed for 1200 yards and 14 scores, but some recruiters saw Moore playing defensive back at the next level.
