Terps, Orange, Neers offer WR

It only took seeing him in person before college coaches decided that one of the Garden State's top wide receivers is the real deal. Although Isaiah Williams of Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic plays for one of the top programs in the state, college recruiters just wanted to see if he would pass the eyeball test, and he did it with flying colors.
"The Elite College Combine really helped put me on the map. Since the combine I have offers from Maryland, West Virginia and Syracuse. My coach (Fred Stengel) told me that the college coaches really loved my ball skills and the way I caught the ball. He also said that I should be receiving a few more offers in the mail over the next week or so."

At 6-foot-2, 190-pounds and with a 4.5-second 40-yard dash, recruiters are very impressed with his ability to go up and catch the ball. His speed is no longer a question as proven by his offers and interest from some major programs.
"I'm hearing from so many schools right now. I guess my top schools would be Maryland, West Virginia, Syracuse, Boston College, Rutgers, Virginia, Wisconsin and Nebraska. All of those schools have been in to see me recently."
