Terps offer South Carolina OL

Another Atlantic Coast Conference program has jumped into the mix for Johnsonville (S.C.) offensive line prospect Justin Lewis. The 6-foot-4, 315-pounder talks about his latest offer and where his recruitment currently stands.
"I got an offer from Maryland," Lewis said. "I went up there for camp and they told me that they were going to send me an offer in the mail."

Lewis enjoyed his time in College Park.
"The camp went good," he said. "I got to see how the coaches work, so it went good."
He also got the chance to check out the Maryland campus.
"That's one of the best schools I've ever seen," Lewis said. "I liked the campus, I liked the facilities. I like how everything is right around each other so you don't have to go far to get to where you are going."
The Terps now are positioned high on his list.
"They are right up there with N.C. State," he said. "They have both offered and they are both good schools, so they are both right there."
Lewis also camped at South Carolina and Clemson this summer.
"Both are saying they will get in touch with me after their camps," he said. "I did good at both. I got good feedback from the coaches there."
Lewis plans to make a decision before his football season ends.
"I probably am going to make a decision after my last official visit," he said. "I am going to take my officials between September and November."
Lewis is a high (5.4) two-star rated prospect according to Rivals.com.
