Tennessee star likes two

Elizabethton, Tenn., defensive end Vince Redd is a guy that has been hard to track down the last few months. But the colleges seem to have no problem catching him.
"I'm been watching a lot of games and talking to a lot of coaches," Redd, a four-star prospect, said.

"I've also missed quite a few, but that's Ok because I know what schools I like."
What schools might those be?
"It's kind of really two teams," Redd said. "I like Tennessee and Virginia Tech and then there are a few others."
But it's clear that the Vols and Hokies are tops on Redd's list.
"I just like everything about Tennessee," he said. "It's nice up there and the people are nice. Plus, it's the state school and everybody is behind the team."
What about Tech?
"They look good on TV," he said. "I like their defense and the coaches are talking to me about playing both football and basketball. The community also seems to be behind the team, too."
Redd said things have been going pretty well so far this season. His team is off to a 2-1 start, but he's yet to get his first sack.
"I'm not frustrated," he said. "Everybody is throwing short passes on us because of our pass rush. It's Ok. We're stopping teams and winning. That's all that matters."
