Tennessee or GTech for CB

Daytona Beach (Fla.) Seabreeze cornerback Kenny Scott announced his decision tonight at his team's football banquet. Will it be Tennessee or Georgia Tech?
"I committed to Georgia Tech," said the 6-foot-1, 176-pounder on a cell phone from his banquet. "I really like the opportunity there and the way the program is headed. If we win the ACC, which I think we can soon, that's a BCS bid right there and possibly a shot at the national title."

Scott mentioned other factors as well.
"I like the academics at Tech and the fact that I can play early and make a big impact," he said. "I can't wait to get started. Tennessee was very tempting and it's a great place, but Tech was a better feel for me."
