Tennessee OL taking it in

Brentwood, Tenn., offensive tackle Steven Jones has been a little busy lately but is about to begin his official visit process with a trip this weekend.

“I’m going to check out Florida State this weekend for an official visit,” Jones, who is 6-foot-6 and 291 pounds, said. “The only other visit that I know that I’m going to take is to South Carolina on December 6. After that I’m up in the air with them all.”
That’s not because he’s not interested, it’s because he’s a little bit busy.
“We travel to Memphis this weekend for a big playoff game,” he said. “We’re 12-1 and they’ve not lost a game. Between that, helping my family with babysitting and this recruiting stuff there isn’t much time left in the day.”
Jones, who is ranked with four stars and the No. 11 offensive tackle in the nation, said he does not have a leader at this point and is open to about anybody.
“I’m trying to juggle the others to see which ones I’m going to visit,” he said.
“I just like everybody that is recruiting me. I like the coaches like coach Holtz, coach Bowden and coach Fulmer. They’re the only ones that I’ve met and they seem really cool. I guess we’ll just see how this works out.”
