Tennessee OL claims offers

Powell (Tenn.) offensive tackle Jared McGaha currently claims scholarship offers from five Division I-A programs and is getting serious attention from two more.
"So far, I have offers from Illinois, Middle Tennessee State, Cincinnati, Akron and Marshall," McGaha said. " I've been talking to Louisville and Michigan. I don't know when I will get offers from those schools."

The 6-foot-6, 280-pounder has made one unofficial visit, to Cincinnati. He has also gotten the chance to see Middle Tennessee State.
"I've seen Cincinnati," he said. "I've been up to Murfreesboro one time. I went there when they were playing the state championship game there and got the chance to look around."
McGaha plans to take his time before making a decision.
"I think I will wait until the end of the season," he said.
A variety of factors will go into his final choice, but he sums it up in one simple statement.
"Right now, I'm just trying to figure out a place I can play football, graduate, have a good life," he said.
McGaha is a two-star rated prospect according to Rivals.com.
