CEDAR HILL, Tex. -- Three-star wide receiver Langston Anderson has found himself to be one of the more sought-after wide receivers out of Texas this spring, and he’s starting to get choosier as he looks to narrow down some of his offers.

For some time, the program linked to him the most has been Texas Tech, and rightfully so. Anderson was at the Red Raiders’ spring game in Frisco this month, and said that he was able to take a good look at what the offense is all about.

“I came a little late to the game, but I still got to get a good look at the offense,” he said. “It was good to see the style of play and everything about it … One of the new guys [Sterling Galban] - he left early, but he was a quick one at slot receiver.”

Meanwhile, two of the schools that have been more recent interesting names have been Nebraska and Ole Miss. The difference between the two being Anderson’s level of intrigue with the direction of the Huskers’ program under new head coach Scott Frost and his personal connection to the Rebels.
