Teams jumping on this Ace

One of the up and coming senior prospects from the state of Florida is Ace Sanders from Bradenton Manatee High School. Sanders, 5-9 and 175 pounds, is one of the state's top receivers. He's a big play guy for that offense and they are on fire right now. Manatee beat Largo 56-0 in their spring game back in May. They whipped Tampa Plant in the Kickoff Classic 11 days ago by the score of 49-33. This past Friday Manatee smoked Bradenton Bayshore 45-0. In that game Sanders had three receptions for 75 yards and one touchdown.
"Everything is coming together real well. Playing with (quarterback) Brion (Carnes) has been great. He is stepping up as our leader and the team is flowing right now. I know if we keep playing this way we will have a good shot at the final four. I saw a lot of improvement in week two. I mean from the spring, to the Kickoff Classic, to this past game there has been so much improvement. The focus is there and we have lots of good senior leadership."

In terms of recruiting you would think things are really heating up for Sanders. But it's still relatively quiet for him on the recruiting front.
"Things are where they were and I am just waiting on some more offers. USF, Purdue, South Carolina, and West Virginia have all offered. Florida, Georgia, FSU, Tennessee, and Clemson are all recruiting me and I am waiting to see what they will do.
"As of right now I am pretty open. I am just sitting back and will wait and see what happens over the next few weeks."
